Welcome to the re-vamped University of Birmingham Boat Club home page.
The club is changing both internally and externally, new coaches and equipment are coming in to the club and as a result our success levels are going up. This site is just part of the improvements being made and hopefully reflects them!
With our recent success has come acknowledgement and a committment to keep at the top of our game, both from us, the Athletic Union recognising us as a focus sport- and most recently by Deloitte who join us as title sponsors. We are deeply endebted to them for their assistance.

At Our strongest ever...and still improving!
Last year saw us rise through the university ranks to attain 10th best in the country after BUSA regatta. Following BUSA small boats head and BUSA Championship Head we stepped up yet again and ranked as number 2 in the country.
NOW: Following the BUSA regatta 2007 we are proud to have attained the rank of 3rd in the UK both at the regatta and for the 2006-2007 season.

Recruitment happens in September, but we are prepared to look at experienced athletes all year round. Unfortunately we can only take on new rowers at the start of the academic year.
